4- Do not expose yourself to the sun or the rain in the first days after surgery, wear a hat or use an umbrella.
5- Alcoholic beverages are not to be consumed for three days after your surgical procedure. Alcohol may thin the blood and cause bleeding.
6- Avoid sexual relationship.
7- Avoid swimming, sauna and hot bath for 45 day.
8- Do not use any coloring agents, chemicals and dyes for 4 to 5 weeks.
9- Don’t use comb for three months.
10- Use an ice pack to reduce any bleeding or swelling on the first week.
11- Don't blow your nose violently on the first week.
12- Don't bend over your head.
14- You should cut your transplanted hair with scissors for six months, but it's available to cut the hair which located in the donor area by hair cutting machine after 1 month.
15- You should refrain doing sport such as running and weight lifting in the first month.
16- Sleep in a semi-upright position in your first night home after surgery.
